Wonton Crisps

My Foodie Calls page is dedicated to fun recipes. One that I love to make is wonton crisps. I put fresh seared yellowfin tuna, micro greens and srirachi aioli atop each crisp. YUM  !!  Get a package of wonton wrappers, cut into 4 squares with your  pizza cutter, brush lightly with olive oil, sprinkle with fresh grated parmesan, herbs and sesame seeds . Bake for 10 – 12 minutes at 350 degrees until crispy. Cool  and store in air tight containers.  Create your own variety of crisps by selecting your favorite herbs & spices…  I do love a touch of cayenne for a little heat !!  wonton crackers 001

Serve with fresh tuna tartar or with my wasabi cream cheese and teriyaki spread. So simple and fresh. Enjoy!!
